Located at the intersection of SW 96th St and Hoover Rd, this parcel featured a balanced mix of productive farmland and brome grass. About 20 acres were currently planted to wheat, with 12 acres slated to be cut and baled for hay this spring before being planted to soybeans. An additional 8 acres of wheat will be harvested this summer, while approximately 9 acres of brome offer additional forage or hay potential.
