Born and raised in Butler County, Tad is a graduate of Bluestem High School. He was previously employed with Westar Energy/Evergy for 18 years, which he recently left to follow his dream of being self employed.

He started 5W Construction, LLC, which specializes in pasture clearing and skid steer work. He has also received his real estate license, placed it with Sundgren Realty, and is working with The Deanne Woodard Team.

Tad loves spending his spare time hunting, fishing, and in the outdoors with his wife, Deanne, and their 3 sons, Cody, Hunter and Lucas. They are currently home and landowners in rural Butler County.
