Yousef was born in Wichita, and has resided in Sedgwick County ever since. He has worked for his family business as long as he can remember. He is currently attending classes at Butler Community College with plans to transfer to Wichita State University. Although he is a new face here at Sundgren Realty he is excited to learn from the best in the industry. He has a special interest in farm/ranch, rural residential, as well as residential development. He is ready to work hard to meet your real estate needs!

In his free time, Yousef enjoys working on classic cars and spending time with his friends and family. He has been a frequent attendee of Sundgren Realty auctions ever since he could drive. Yousef is fascinated with the technological development of online bidding tools that bring bidders from all over the country. He is looking forward to meeting new folks and helping them meet their real estate investment goals!
