TERMS: All announcements made the day of the auction take precedence over any printed materials. All items sold as-is, where-is. Credit Card ONLY will be accepted for this auction. There will be a 10% buyers premium on all purchases. All items will soft close, if a bid is received within 60 seconds of auction end, that item will extend for an additional 2 minutes. There will be 2 removal windows ONLY. Any items left after 12/11/19 will no longer be available for pickup. Please bring your own moving equipment. Sundgren Realty & Auction, nor the seller will not assist in moving items, please come prepared. It is the responsibility of the buyer to bring receipt showing items have been paid in full.
