TERMS: All lots will soft-close, if a bid is entered with less than 60 seconds remaining, the lot will extend for 3 additional minutes, this will occur until no additional bids are received. Following the conclusion of the online auction, all bids will be presented to the Seller for their consideration. Sellers response will be communicated to high bidders within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction. A 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the high bid to determine contract price. Earnest money is specified above for each parcel and due at the conclusion of the Auction with the balance due upon Sellers submission of merchantable title and closing. Closing date shall be on or before June 6, 2019. Closing fee and title Insurance fee will be split 50/50 between Seller and Buyer.
