TERMS: Payment accepted will be cash or credit card ONLY at live auction. There will be a 10% buyers premium on all purchases. Online purchases will be charged additional handling fee. All announcements made the day of the auction take precedence over any other advertisements. Items selling in “as is” condition. Items purchased through online app will be available for pickup Monday MAY 5, 2025 9am-12pm, 1pm-5pm at Sundgren Realty, 218 E Central in El Dorado. Local pickup ONLY unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. Credit card on file will be charged automatically for online purchases.
